VAPORTIGHT COAT-SG2Moisture vapor reduction system and oil barrier
Description:
VAPORTIGHT COAT-SG2 is a 2-component, VOC compliant, moisture tolerant, extremely high density, chemically enhanced epoxy based product which prevents the passage of water-vapor and moisture through slabs or walls on or below grade, thus eliminating delamination of adhesives, floor coverings and coatings. It also prevents capillary infiltration of oil or other chemicals from the ground and can be used to treat oil-contaminated slabs.
Typical Applications:
- On existing and fresh concrete slabs (min. 5 days old)
- Used for secondary containment or to prevent infiltration of oil and other chemicals
- Office buildings
- Hospitals and schools
- Food processing plants
- Any slabs with moisture vapor problems
- Call AQUAFIN for slabs with floor heating, residential slabs below grade and garages
