Physical Properties
Product Description: InjectPro-61 is a low viscosity, hydrophobic polyurethane injection grout designed for sealing leaking cracks or joints where some movement is possible. The system is comprised of an “A” component (base resin) and a “B” component (accelerator). The “B” component is used by the applicator to adjust the set times for various job site specific conditions.
Color
The closed cell foam created by reaction with small amounts of water will maintain its physical form and not be subject to shrinkage due to wet/ dry cycles. The foam will be tough, flexible and resistant to corrosive environments. Typical Applications: Any concrete structure with water leaks requiring NSF/ANSI 61 approved materials such as water tanks, water treatment plants, dams, etc. Advantages: • NSF/ANSI 61 Standard certified and listed by UL • 100% solids, non-flammable • Pumped as a single component • Hydrophobic - can be used in wet and dry environments • Can expand more than 30 times initial volume • Adjustable reaction times • Zero VOC’s, non-hazardous shipping, non-toxic permanent seal Reaction Times & Use of Accelerator: The reaction time can be adjusted by the addition of accelerator “B” into the base resin prior to pumping. The resulting profile is affected by temperature and the amount of moisture present. Typical average reaction times after contact with water: Accelerator % Initial Reaction Reaction Complete 1.25% 50 seconds 4 minutes 2.5% 15 seconds 65 seconds Installation Procedures: Refer to the Aquafin InjectPro Grouting Guideline for full instructions. Mix both the grout (component A) and accelerator (component B) before combining. • Pour the desired amount of InjectPro-61 component A into a clean pail. • Measure the appropriate amount of accelerator component B and pour into the InjectPro-61, stiring until adequately mixed. Never use more accelerator than recommended. Excess accelerator will cause significant expansion that is prone to shrinkage. During injection, the grout will follow the path of least resistance. When the material has stopped penetrating it will continue to expand against the confines of the crack/joint and compress within itself, forming a very dense, closed cell material stopping the leak.

Packaging: InjectPro-61 Resin: 5 gallon pails InjectPro Accelerator: 1 pint (16 oz.) containers Storage & Shelf Life: 12 months when stored properly. Product is highly moisture sensitive. Store in original sealed containers at temperature between 60°F – 90°F. Opened containers must be handled properly to prevent moisture contamination. Limitations: • Temperature significantly affects viscosity. Protect material from excessive heating and cooling prior to grouting to avoid affecting viscosity. • If using water baths to cool or heat pails avoid splashes to prevent water coming in direct contact with resin - this will activate the reaction. Do not warm above 90°F. • Do not reseal containers of contaminated materials as it can create pressure. • Clean up spills with adequate ventilation and appropriate personal protective equipment. Cover the spill area with absorbent material such as clay or vermiculite and transfer to metal waste containers. Wash area with decontamination solution (5-10% solution of sodium carbonate). Dispose of waste in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. Note: Proper application is the responsibility of the user. Field visits by AQUAFIN personnel are for the purpose of making technical recommendations and not for supervising or providing quality control on-site.

InjectPro-61 Safety: Refer to SDS. For commercial use only. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear rubber gloves and safety goggles during mixing and application. After contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. LIMITED WARRANTY: AQUAFIN, INC. warrants this product for a period of one year from the date of installation to be manufactured free of defects and to be consistent with its technical properties as stated in our current Technical Data Sheet. This product must be used as directed and within its stated shelf life. AQUAFIN INC. will replace or at our discretion refund the purchase price of any product, excluding cost of labor, which is proven to be defective. Our product recommendations are based on industry standards and testing procedures. It is the buyer’s obligation to test the suitability of the product for an intended use prior to using it. We assume no warranties written, expressed or implied as to any specific methods of application or use of the product. AQUAFIN INC.
