Fast reacting, two component, expansive hydrophobic polyurethane grout CSI Div. 03 03 64 00 Injection Grouting
Physical Properties - liquid (un-cured)
Product Description: InjectPro-SuperFAST is a very fast reacting, expansive hydrophobic polyurethane injection grout. It cures to a rigid, durable, closed cell polyurethane foam resistant to most organic solvents, mild acids, alkali, petroleum and micro-organisms. InjectPro-SuperFAST is designed to stop active water leaks and fill voids in concrete, gravel layers and rock fissures. The closed cell foam will maintain its physical form and is not subject to shrinkage due to wet/dry cycles.
Color
The system is comprised of an “A” component (base resin) and a “B” component and is injected at a 1:1 ratio. It is available in easy to use cartridges for hand injection, or can be pumped using a plural component pump such as the 2K-Inject Pump.

Cartridges: Use a dual component cartridge dispensing tool to ensure 1:1 mixing ratio of product. After preping drill holes appropriately, remove the cap on top of the cartridge. Attach the static mixing nozzle and ensure entire cartridge is held upright until you are ready to start injecting. Insert the static mixing nozzle into the drill hole and depress quickly with even strokes. Inject the entire cartridge in one use, changing the static mixer once mixing is started may not be possible due to the very fast reaction time. Plural Component Pump: For larger volume grouting a plural component pump - such as the Aquafin 2K-Inject Pump - can be used. The pump must be set to ensure a 1:1 ratio of component A : component B. Follow all pump manufacturers instructions for proper procedures to prime pump and hoses as well as flushing static mixing block and lines. Shrinkage
During injection, the grout will follow the path of least resistance. When the material has stopped penetrating it will continue to expand against the confines of the crack/joint and compress within itself, forming a very dense, closed cell material stopping the leak. Packaging: InjectPro-SuperFAST is available in: 10 gallon kit: 5 gallon pail Component-A 5 gallon pail Component-B 600 ml cartridges: 300 ml Component-A 300 ml Component-B Storage & Shelf Life: 12 months when stored properly. Product is highly moisture sensitive. Store in original sealed containers at temperature between 60°F – 90°F. Opened containers must be handled properly to prevent moisture contamination. Limitations: • Temperature significantly affects viscosity. Protect material from excessive heating and cooling prior to grouting to avoid affecting viscosity. • If using water baths to cool or heat pails avoid splashes to prevent water coming in direct contact with resin - this will activate the reaction. InjectPro-SuperFAST protective equipment. Cover the spill area with absorbent material such as clay or vermiculite and transfer to metal waste containers. Wash area with decontamination solution (5-10% solution of sodium carbonate). Dispose of waste in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. Note: Proper application is the responsibility of the user. Field visits by AQUAFIN personnel are for the purpose of making technical recommendations and not for supervising or providing quality control on-site. Safety: Refer to SDS. Use rubber gloves and goggles during mixing and application. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. After contact with skin, wipe up excess liquid then wash with plenty of soap and water. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Avoid breathing vapors. Use in well ventilated areas, or, in the case of confined spaces, use self-contained respiratory protection. Do not ingest. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. LIMITED WARRANTY: AQUAFIN, INC. warrants this product for a period of one year from the date of installation to be manufactured free of defects and to be consistent with its technical properties as stated in our current Technical Data Sheet. This product must be used as directed and within its stated shelf life. AQUAFIN INC. will replace or at our discretion refund the purchase price of any product, excluding cost of labor, which is proven to be defective. Our product recommendations are based on industry standards and testing procedures. It is the buyer’s obligation to test the suitability of the product for an intended use prior to using it.
