Product Description: InjectProECO-CombiGrout is a slightly flexible, tough, closed cell, polyurethane injection grout designed for grouting into voids and cracks. When it comes in contact with water, the grout expands and quickly cures to a tough, flexible, closed-cell polyurethane foam that is generally unaffected by common corrosive environments and is not subject to shrinkage due to wet/dry cycles. InjectProECO grouts are all environmentally friendly and formulated without harmful phthalates or VOC’s.
The system is comprised of an “A” component (base resin) and a “B” component (accelerator). The “B” component is used by the applicator to adjust the set times for various job site specific conditions. Typical Applications: Typical applications include filling voids and sealing cracks with differential movement. All data are average values obtained under laboratory conditions. Reaction times tested in a 13.5 oz (400 ml) cup at 68°F (20°C).

• Mix both the resin (Component A) and accelerator (Component B) before combining. • Pour the desired amount of InjectProECO-CombiGrout Resin Component A into a clean pail. • Measure the appropriate amount of InjectProECO-ACCELERATORUNI Component B and pour into the InjectProECO-CombiGrout Resin, stirring until adequately mixed. Never use more accelerator than recommended. Excess accelerator will cause significant expansion that is prone to shrinkage. For faster reaction times please ask your local Aquafin Representative about InjectProECO-ACCELERATOR-CCS-FAST. During injection, the grout will follow the path of least resistance. When the material has stopped penetrating it will continue to expand against the confines of the crack/joint and compress within itself, forming a very dense, closed cell material stopping the leak. Packaging: InjectProECO-CombiGrout Resin: 5 gallon pails (19 L) InjectProECO-ACCELERATOR-UNI: 32 oz. container (0.95 L) (5% dosage per 5 gallons (19 L) of resin. For 10% acceleration use 2 x 32 oz. (2 x 0.95 L) Storage & Shelf Life: Shelf life is two years when stored properly. Product is highly moisture sensitive. Store in original sealed containers at temperature between 40°F – 90°F (4°C – 32°C). Opened containers must be handled properly to prevent moisture contamination. Page 1 of 2

InjectProECO-CombiGrout Limitations: • Temperature significantly affects viscosity. Protect material from excessive heating and cooling prior to grouting to avoid affecting viscosity. • If using water baths to cool or heat pails avoid splashes to prevent water coming in direct contact with resin - this will activate the reaction. Do not warm material or packaging above 90°F (32°C). • Do not reseal containers of contaminated materials as it can create pressure. • Clean up spills with adequate ventilation and appropriate personal protective equipment. Cover the spill area with absorbent material such as clay or vermiculite and transfer to metal waste containers. Wash area with decontamination solution (5 - 10% solution of sodium carbonate). Dispose of waste in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. Note: Proper application is the sole responsibility of the user. Applicators are expected to follow ICRI and ACI guidelines as well as other applicable industry standards. Aquafin personnel or representatives are not site inspectors or construction project managers and therefore do not approve surface preparation, mixing, or application of Aquafin products. Site visits by Aquafin personnel or representatives are solely for the purpose of making technical recommendations, not for providing supervision or quality control.
Safety: Refer to SDS. For commercial use only. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear rubber gloves and safety goggles during mixing and application. After contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. LIMITED WARRANTY: AQUAFIN, INC. warrants this product for a period of one year from the date of installation to be manufactured free of defects and to be consistent with its technical properties as stated in our current Technical Data Sheet. This product must be used as directed and within its stated shelf life. AQUAFIN INC. will replace or at our discretion refund the purchase price of any product, excluding cost of labor, which is proven to be defective. Our product recommendations are based on industry standards and testing procedures. It is the buyer’s obligation to test the suitability of the product for an intended use prior to using it. We assume no warranties written, expressed or implied as to any specific methods of application or use of the product. AQUAFIN INC.
