Product Description: RE-ROOF Urethane Accelerator is an optional additive for RE-ROOF Urethane Base Coat and RE-ROOF Urethane Base Coat FR to shorten the curing time and permit sooner application of the next layer in the Aquafin RE-ROOF Urethane System. RE-ROOF Urethane Accelerator can also be mixed with RE-ROOF top coat products to promote faster drying. The RE-ROOF System is an eco-friendly, reliable solution for new roofs and cost-effective option for extending the life of existing roof systems. Typical Applications: • Mix with RE-ROOF Urethane Base Coat or RE-ROOF Urethane Base Coat FR • Mix with RE-ROOF Color Urethane Top Coat, RE-ROOF Color Urethane Top Coat HS, RE-ROOF White Urethane Top Coat, RE-ROOF White Urethane Top Coat FR, or RE-ROOF White Urethane Top Coat HS. Advantages: • Promotes curing in low temperatures • Facilitates faster project completion by reducing lag time between coats of RE-ROOF urethane coatings Surface Preparation: RE-ROOF Urethane Accelerator must be mixed with a RE-ROOF urethane base coat or a RE-ROOF urethane top coat. Refer to the corresponding RE-ROOF urethane base coat or RE-ROOF urethane top coat Technical Data Sheet for information on surface preparation. • All substrates must be strong, solid, and stable. • All surfaces to receive a RE-ROOF urethane base coat require an appropriate Aquafin primer. • All surfaces to receive a RE-ROOF urethane top coat require a RE-ROOF base coat. • All surfaces, whether primed or base-coated, must be dry, clean and free of dirt, dust, grease, oil, and other foreign substances that could interfere with adhesion. Jobsite Preparation: Take all necessary precautions to ensure safety. • Cover all intake vents near the work area. • Minimize or exclude all personnel not directly involved with the application. • Follow appropriate measures to prevent any sparks. • Do not weld, smoke or allow any open flames during mixing, application or curing. • Ensure that CO2 or other dry chemical fire extinguishers are within easy access. • Hot surfaces should be cooled and shaded while cold surfaces should be heated and sheltered. Mixing: Mixing with 5 gallon size units of RE-ROOF urethane base coats: • Condition material to 70°F to 80°F (21°C to 27°C) prior to mixing and application. • Use chemical resistant (Nitrile) gloves and goggles when mixing REROOF Urethane Accelerator. • The volume mixing ratio is 1 Part RE-ROOF Urethane Accelerator to 20 Parts RE-ROOF base coat [1 gal (128 oz) RE-ROOF Urethane Accelerator to 5 gallons (640 oz) RE-ROOF Urethane Base Coat or RE-ROOF Urethane Base Coat FR]. • Mix in a well ventilated area. • Thoroughly mix the RE-ROOF urethane base coat individually, at slow speeds (not exceeding 500 rpm) to evenly distribute pigments and other ingredients that may have settled until a homogeneous mixture Page 1 of 2

Application: Read all instructions thoroughly prior to installation. • Refer to the corresponding Technical Data Sheet for the RE-ROOF urethane base coat or the RE-ROOF urethane top coat product being mixed with RE-ROOF Base Accelerator for all application instructions. Curing: • Refer to the corresponding Technical Data Sheet for the RE-ROOF urethane base coat or the RE-ROOF urethane top coat product being mixed with RE-ROOF Base Accelerator for curing guidelines. • As a general rule, RE-ROOF Urethane Accelerator will reduce curing and recoat times by approximately 50%. Pay extra close attention to recoat times. Limitations: • Do not dilute under any circumstance. • Do not mix more material than can be used within 10 minutes. • Large mixed batches, high temperatures, high humidity, and thicker applications will significantly reduce the pot life and significantly accelerate the cure time. • Once containers have been opened, use all material immediately. • RE-ROOF Urethane Accelerator is not UV stable.

Safety: This product is considered Dangerous Goods. DOT regulations classify it as: UN 1760, CORROSIVE LIQUID N.O.S. (contains Amine), Class 8, PG-111. This product when comes in contact with water, will react violently and can cause a fire. Dispose all waste per applicable regulations Refer to SDS. For commercial use only. Ensure adequate ventilation in application area. Use Type C organic vapor cartridge respirators during spray application. Vapor inhalation problems are characterized by coughing, shortening of breath and tightness in the chest. Anyone exhibiting these types of symptoms should be immediately removed from the workplace and administered oxygen or fresh air. If the condition is prolonged or extreme, seek emergency medical assistance immediately. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear fabric coveralls, neoprene gloves or other chemically resistant gloves and safety goggles during mixing and application. After contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water for 15 minutes and seek emergency medical assistance immediately. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. LIMITED WARRANTY: AQUAFIN, INC. warrants this product for a period of one year from the date of installation to be manufactured free of defects and to be consistent with its technical properties as stated in our current Technical Data Sheet. This product must be used as directed and within its stated shelf life. AQUAFIN INC. will replace or at our discretion refund the purchase price of any product, excluding cost of labor, which is proven to be defective. Our product recommendations are based on industry standards and testing procedures. It is the buyer’s obligation to test the suitability of the product for an intended use prior to using it.
