Proven to reduce MVER in concrete from 25lbs and RH of up to 100% to levels suitable for floor coverings and non-breathable protective membranes. These specialty primers prevent flooring and coatings failures such as blistering, bubbling and delaminating due to excess moisture in concrete slabs on, below and above grade.
